What is a Continuing Care Retirement Community?

A Continuing Care Retirement Community, or CCRC, provides a continuum of care to older adults in one location. Services offered in the continuum of care include, but are not limited to, independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. Most CCRC’s are generally a collection of homes, apartments, or town homes that include common areas such as a library, activity rooms, a restaurant style dining room etc. Other amenities familiar to CCRC’s may include a swimming pool, exercise facility, on-site bank, beauty salon, convenience store & guest accommodations.

Tell Me about the People I’ll Meet at Windsor Point

Windsor Point residents must be 62 years of age at admission. Spouses may be no less than 55 years of age. Windsor Point does not discriminate as to sex, race, religion, place of origin, or mental or physical disabilities. The residents of Windsor Point are a unique group of individuals with varied talents and interests. Windsor Point residents come from all across the state and country. We feel that each resident provides Windsor Point with an unmatched sense of diversity and style. Are Pets Allowed at Windsor Point?

At Windsor Point we know that animals are a very important part of families. We allow our residents to bring their small dogs and cats along with them as they make their new home at Windsor Point. Please call for more details.
